A place for team leaders who provide, try and share feedback in the form of small, measurable projects that have helped them build trust and strengthen their teams. The community is focused on consistent, observable patterns of behaviour in organizations to build team psychological safety and boost team performance.
Six of the projects were implemented in a marketing team of 14 people, based in Europe. For a period of 4 months, the company income rose by 23%, the team’s productivity was increased by 70% and the company social presence saw a growth by 46%. The results confirmed that joy is a powerful force for business success.
